Today is 'Stop Cyberbullying Day! It should be a most celebrated day for us bloggers.
Cyberbullying as explained in my God Is A Dyke blog is sending or posting harmful or cruel text or images using the Internet or other digital communication.' At one time it was most often experienced by teenagers through form of text messages, but technology and the many uses of cyberspace, everyone is subjected to it now. It's fair an open game.
Especially if your blog promotes the love an acceptance of the gay lesbian bisexual and transgender community. Your life is often threaten, you're verbally harassed with hatred and your moral belief system is constantly questioned. Personal and professional lives have been destroyed from the lies which have been posted. Along with a sense of security everyone should have.
These Cyberbullies feel they have a right to free speech, but we don't.
Let's stop this means of trolling and hatred today...Put an end to Cyberbullying!
